Making Offers¶

Capture Heads of Loss (Claimant)¶

To add a head of loss, click on it in the left hand panel where it is listed.

Select Heads of Loss

Note

This list changes per product. For example, the heads of loss shown here relevant to the OIC Protocol v2.1 are different to those relevant to those that apply for the MoJ Protocol v2.1.

Quantum Offer (Defendant)¶

In claims that involve quantum, you will need to capture your offers against each of loss.

To capture your offer, open each head of loss in Positions tab.

Open Head of Loss

Here you can see details of the claimant's offer for this head of loss, as well as any particular documents the claimant linked to their offer.

Counter Offer

A resolution percentage is shown for each head of loss and the total. The figure below the offer is the nett total, which is calulated based on the agreed contributory negligence.
